(2) The drum structure features a dual small valve arrangement in a full row and partial row self-cleaning two-phase separator; Slag discharge is PLC-programmable, allowing versatile full and partial row configurations, simplifying manual operations, mitigating slagging issues, thereby enhancing product yield, and significantly reducing wine losses.
(3) The transmission structure is supported by SKF bearings. Through an optimized design, the drum's center of gravity is lowered, reducing vibration, boosting mechanical reliability,, and ensuring stable, continuous long-term operation.
(4) The use of frequency conversion starting, proves more reliable than friction and hydraulic coupler starts, eliminating the need for friction plate or hydraulic oil replacements, resulting in reduced maintenance costs..
