6. Quality Assurance
6.1 A stringent and systematic manufacturing process shall be employed. All materials, purchased parts, standard parts, and general components will adhere strictly to relevant national and industrial standards.
6.2 Equipment acceptance will be conducted with reference to the technical agreement and accompanying technical documents.
6.3 The manufacturing process for the equipment will be meticulously aligned with the design drawings, technical documents, and mutually agreed-upon technical specifications.
6.4 Upon completion of on-site installation and commissioning, and once acceptance standards are mutually confirmed, the commissioning order shall be duly signed.
6.5 The warranty period is defined as 12 months post-acceptance of the goods or 18 months post-delivery, whichever is earlier.
6.6 Should the equipment malfunction due to supplier liability during the warranty period, the supplier is obliged to provide free maintenance or replacement services.
